Sometime last year the thought struck me "Hey, there has to be an online collaborative CYOA. That would be pretty cool!" Lo and behold, I found your site! (I don't remember my account from back then.)
Anyway, I got to thinking, and I figured that there must be a more user friendly way to implement this within the MediaWiki structure. Well, I created [http://www.multiplechoiceadventures.com Multiple Choice Adventures]. Essentially identical to this site, but I think you'll find the interface much more user-friendly. Check out the structure, and let me know what you think. The page creation and edits are all done through forms in which users fill in fields. The Content Rating and Page Count is also automatic. I'm a big fan of what you guys do here, and I love creative writing in general.

If you'd like to be a part of my new site, or perhaps arrange a merger of some sorts, that would something we could talk about.
