  3. more rights to add for the rights controller. (i.e. edit certain user rights not all of them)

    Instead of just having in the Rights Controller (control panel) the delete, undelete, rollback etc.. allow bureaucrats to make there own rights and block certain users from special pages, and make some users allowed to add certain user rights, like the English Wikipedia. (example: Make a user group called Oversighters, and make their right to use the oversight feature etc...) In other words, allow more access to the Right Controller.

  8. The ability for the wiki admins to edit the HTML, CSS, and Javascript for the wiki's.

    I say the admins because of course you can't have everybody running rampant with the code.

  11. Enable MediaWiki:Custom.css to modify a Wiki. It currently doesn't operate after it is populated.

    Clearing browser cache (via browser settings) and Wiki cache (via the Control panel) don't produce any changes, so there must be a code error, or the feature is disabled even though the MediaWiki:Common.css page can be edited.

  12. add a user list: where users register their names on the list and do statuses (active/inactive)

    add a user list: where users register their names on this given list and do simple statuses (i.e. active or inactive).

    Because as of right now, I have no idea who is who and who is still active other than checking the recent changes page.

  13. More scripting options

    It seems many scripts are disabled. Would it be possible to let site admins enable scripts? In my case, I have been trying a couple things, but have found scripts for creating a collapsible tree are not implemented, and have found no other way to create one.

  17. I want some things to be done on English Penguinapedia

    Rob, can you help enable uploads and make my current account called Penguinapedia-Penguishopping 2.0 an admin, and add custom skins and other extensions to my wiki? I want the wiki right here to be extended:
