    YES, PLEASE! I like using templates in wikis, but they are almost useless without Parser Functions.

    Being able to control the look-and-feel of our wikis is important, especially when a wiki is aimed at non-technical users. The Monobook skin is not very appealing for many of those, and navigation can be hard to implement. To make the wiki look like an actual site, we need more control.

    For starters, here are some administration functions I'd like to see.

    1) Set the default theme for the wiki
    2) Define custom CSS
    3) Define custom JavaScript
    4) Lock-out user theme changes in Preferences
    5) Upload a limited amount of images for use in theme
